Mike McCaman

Clarity Solutions Group was founded and is led by Mike McCaman, a Health and Human Services executive with over fifteen (15) years of non-profit and public sector HHS leadership and consulting experience, with proven success managing a broad range of mission critical initiatives and projects.

Mike is a former Assistant Director and Chief Operating Officer for the Franklin County (Columbus, OH) Department of Job and Family Services where he was responsible for the administrative oversight of Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, and Publicly Funded Child Care for over 300,000 residents.

As a Consultant and Subject Matter Expert, Mike has helped state and local HHS agencies improve their customer experience and processing efficiencies using multi-channel communication technologies, designed to create a “no wrong door” system for public assistance access and eligibility determination.
